- be started on Tues, 5/23 and completed on or by Fri, 6/3
- be created at least partially on Photoshop - you may incorporate traditional drawing or use of alternate image editing programs if you want
- incorporate image editing OR typography somehow
- NOT use copyrighted imagery - you may use royalty free imagery if you want
To help you prepare for the indie project, answer the following questions in paragraph format and post them to your blog. This paragraph will be REQUIRED prior to starting work on your indie project.
- What kind of product do you want to make (i.e. a CD cover, a shoe design, a movie poster, etc.)? Be VERY descriptive.
- Why do you want to make this product?
- How long do you estimate working on the indie project?
- Will you be using an online tutorial to create this product? If so, paste the link to your tutorial.
- If you are not using a tutorial, what are the dimensions and specifications of your indie project? Where are are obtaining these dimensions/ specs from? Include a link for the info you will use.
- What kind of tools/ techniques will you be using for the completion of your indie project?
When you are finished, post your work to your blog. Then, include answers to these questions in list format:
- List 5 things you enjoyed about the class
- List 5 things you hated about the class
- List 3 suggestions you would make for digital art next school year
- Give me 3 GOOD reasons for these suggestions
- Identify 1 project or other assignment you want to do in digital art 3 and why you want to do it (skip if you currently ARE in DA 3).
