Your task is to design the consumer packaging for a brand new soda or sports drink brand. You will follow every step of the supplied hard copy tutorial to design the overall can. You are required to have one final sketch to use as the basis for your digital work. Remember that your final design needs to provide evidence of:

- Logotype of an original soda or sports drink name (it cannot be a knock-off of an existing drink)
- A flavor/ style (i.e. “cherry,” “vanilla,” etc.)
- A short tag that would go on the top side of your can (example: “classic taste since 1890”)
- Fonts: Limit to 2 different fonts. They must be interesting, but also LEGIBLE. Feel free to download a thematic font from dafont.com.
- Effects: Required use of 2-3 layer styles per design component. Remember that a simple drop shadow or stroke will go a long way!
Note that you will be using gradients in your final Photoshop design. Your color scheme must:
- Be limited to three colors or fewer for the body of the can
- Body of the can must be either in a warm color scheme, or a cool color scheme
- Color scheme needs to be related to the flavor (example: grape sodas typically use cool color scheme of purple hues).
